Happy #internationalsurfingday
She didn’t start out as an athlete. I need to make the effort to do my SUP more and make it a big part of my own health transformation
For the first time in 2017 my feet finally touch Mother Ocean
Why am I not out in the water today?
Southern California sunsets are breathtaking. If I could figure out how to lock my board to my car while at work I would be out there for a golden hour SUP session.
I love riding waves in any way I can and SUP has really helped get me back in the water more, but I still love bodyboarding a lot. It would be great to see the sport reignite here in the mainland US.
On Days Like This We Surf. This is a neat little short about surfing the Great Lakes
The author has the same attitude I do shown in this quote: “surfing is the art of riding a wave, no matter the craft you use to do so. What you ride does not define you, your actions do. Be respectful and have fun in the water… that is the reason why we do it.”
It’s pretty cool to listen to Doug Falter talk about water and surf photography. You get a true sense of the joy he feels.
